Zhing, my second younger sis is always the first birthday girl in every year. She likes Japanese food a lot, prior the birthday dinner, she has chosen  a classy Japanese restaurant at Old Klang Road, where she found it in the internet, recommended by her friend. I made reservation for table of 5 tonight at 7.30pm and she already bought her birthday cake from Secret Recipe.

The moment we stepped into the restaurant, the interior design amazed us and we were seated in a private room, which is good for having privacy. The food in the menu is pricey as we expected, but we still have to order right? :P

This morning, when I was watching Mary Go Round in JiaYu TV, waiting for the news featuring Urbanscapes,  I saw Mary was introducing Dooodolls and the creator himself, how unexpected, saw him at Urbanscapes too :D I was bit disappointed as I thought I could see if I got on the TV or not :P I some more prepared camera to capture Urbanscapes’ interview, wuahaha~ I should stay tuned next week again ^^”

Okay, it’s lunch time! We all get prepared to go out for lunch, this time we’re going far, somewhere in KL, wuahaha~ We’re going to a dumpling shop, recommended by our yoga instructor. It’s located at Jalan Pudu, called Restoran Kar Long. Damn! I should have brought my DSLR to take photos! Blaming Xien for not telling me in advanced coz I thought we would go somewhere nearby to have lunch… *pif* I end up using my C702 to take, quality not that good but better than none right? Hehe~

Today’s Astro On Demand showing the last 3 episodes for The Threshold Of A Persona 《ID 精英》 for premiere, damn excited! First time watching 3 episodes straight from 8.30pm to 10.45pm with family!! Wuahaha~

Ah Wei has returned from Singapore yesterday, probably wanted to celebrate Father’s Day with Daddy :D As she  suggested, I already reserved 7-person table at Zen, Sunway Pyramid at 7pm. This was my first time being there though but 2nd time for them. We knew that our Daddy loves Japanese food so much, especially Unagi rice :D After my Japanese class, I came back from KL with Wei and Xien, we’re ready to depart from house.

Daddy parked his car at Sunway Hotel’s basement, more accessable. Mum’s sandal strap was torned when walking in  from the car park, LOL~ Daddy and me walked into the restaurant, identifying myself and a waiter led us to a long table and guess what, the smell from the kitchen is too strong and yet we’re sitting right beside it, bad spot! Sigh… Oh well, time to order food! We ordered ourselves a meal individually with sashimi and sushi rolls for side-dishes.

We finished our meal in 1 hour, so fast huh? This meal was me and Wei’s treat for tomorrow’s Father’s Day, when the bill came, luckily it’s within our budget~ Overall the meal was fantastic! We then left the restaurant and shopped around the mall. At first we thought of buying shoes for Daddy at Hush Puppies but can’t find any nice one.

It’s been 2 years I missed to celebrate this meaningful day with my mum because I stayed in UK back then and I never sent greeting cards to my mum too because I didn’t take this seriously and let my siblings did the ’show’, lolz… I’m so bad huh? Some more Mother’s Day in UK is rather earlier than second week of May, I forgot when already :P But this year, I thought I want to create some surprise. Well… I did… I did buy present specially for my mum sharing with Ah Wei by using our self-earned money :D

I planned to bring family to a rather ‘high class’ restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day. When I was searching for food promotion on the net, I came across Italianies where I desperately wanted to try out last time offered Mother’s Day promotion where they have selected main course will have discount according to mother’s age. I told Ah Wei about this and she also agreed. I quickly called to Sunway Pyramid’s branch to reserve 6-person table at 1.15pm. There was a big mess behind the scene when arranging for this occasion though and I won’t bother to mention, hehe…

I thought today would be very jammed and packed. It took us a while to find the actual location for Italianies, it was our first time being there after all :P Although we took some time to find, but still managed to reach there on time.

It’s so hot outside and yet the entrance is outside >< We were led by a waiter to a 10-person table upstairs, so spacious huh? Lolz…

We were served complimentary white bread and seeded bread. Waiter also served us 2 plates of olive oils+herbs for the meal later but we used up partially for the bread, so inappropriate :P

Okay okay… We flipped through the menu. We ordered spaghetti, bread, pizza and salad with 6 glasses of sky juice as advised by Ah Wei. Mum also ordered the most expensive beef steak for the Mother’’s Day promotion since it will be discounted 51%, lolz! This was the time I heard about this kind of promotion loh :D I have been holding the camera since I came inside the restaurant of coz I want to capture everything loh! Haha!

The food is not bad I would say. When the bill came, the total surprised me and luckily it’s within my budget, cool! 4 dishes + 51% off dish woh! I wouldn’t come here if there wasn’t promotion, honestly :P

After the meal, we went to shop around Sunway Pyramid and we managed to buy some stuffs before going back home :D

It’s present-giving time. It’s so hard to create surprises when mum went to the kitchen right after coming back home, lolz… She was quite busy back there when I was waiting for her to ‘appear’. After around 20 minutes, she came to living room and I hand-over the present to her! She was quite surprised, I think :P

Today is my last day wearing stripes though :D My colleagues around me also think that I have become a stripes girl after I wear this for the whole week. Well, I think this is good tryout that makes my colleagues to pay a bit attention on what I will wear everyday, hoho~

Okay, today we are going to help Jason Goh to celebrate his birthday 1 day earlier as his actual birthday is tomorrow. Rames decided to go to Puchong to have Italian lunch, I was like “OMG?”. Hrm… Luckily this week I had quite economical lunch and can cover for today’s I guess *sob sob*

There will be 10 of us, Ee Sze and Jason will be the drivers (I wish I could drive). We have spent 1/2 hour ‘touring’ around Puchong area just to find the so-called Italian restaurant and we all screamed for hunger already, LOL. And… The restaurant is Cafe (what a common name, haha~).

We had our seats outside as inside was full-house. Me and Estee discussed what to eat as we will be sharing the meal. It’s been around 1/2 hour of waiting and we all like cannot tahan already.

Meanwhile, Albert was using his camera to take photos around and help us to take portraits too. Rames and Jason, the two ultimate posers always make us laugh.

Finally, our mushroom soups were here, followed by our spaghetti. Our plate was the last to come out. Aglio Olio is SOO oily that I really cannot stand, a bit regretful ordering that >O Initially was attracted by the special name, sigh~

It’s raining out there and it’s getting late too. We have prolonged our lunch hour by waiting for meals only -_- After the meal, I lend my umbrella to Ee Sze to get her car nearby and we went back to office.

We worked for 2 hours and when reaching 5pm, Joshua kept reminding us by using lighter, funny :D I saw Rames holding the cake and bend his body secretly bring it to his work place and suddenly ‘emerge’ from the divider as Jason is sitting in front of him, LOL.

Birthday song was sung and both of them helped cutting the cake and distribute to us, the situation just like a husband and wife, how sweet~ Haha~ By judging the cake, I knew it will be chocolate banana cake from Secret Recipe, lol~

Okay, the working hour was over but everyone seemed to be very busy, except me. I stayed in the office until 6pm then went off to meet my gal friend at Sunway Pyramid. I took Kesas Highway to avoid long journey and jam, managed to reach there at 6.30pm and window-shopping around. I received call from Connie and she told me that she will not going to have dinner with me but only passed coats for me coz she will be watching movie with her guy friend, it’s her last minute plan T_T

We met in front of TGV Cinema. She collected her movie tickets and I suggested to sit somewhere to eat while waiting for the showing time at 7.30pm. Since still got around 1 hour, I suggested to sit somewhere. Luckily we still had some time together :D She chose to have dinner at Senjyu Sushi which is VERY near to the cinema coz she said having sushi is the fastest way, lol~

We chat a lot and she ate a lot too, I was so surprised XD As the showing time was approaching, her friend was here too, his name is Ken. After paying the bills, they headed to the cinema and I went for my lonely shopping. I bought 3 books from Popular Bookstore for RM24 and a pair of sport trousers from FOS for RM43.

I managed to went back home to watch The Winter Melon Tales showing at Astro On Demand ^^

My curly hair started to irritate me, plus, my mum wanted to do her hair as well so that she has better-looking hair for her coming Japan trip. That’s why without hesitation, we went to the saloon where I did my curly hair at Pandan Indah last time. The saloon is opened by my far relative, that’s why the price is a bit lower than outside :D

This time I want to have straight hair, but not rebonding, just ‘wash straight’ without using the straightener. I prefer to have natural looking hair than very straight hair, it’s so fake and many ‘restriction’ after rebonding, haha… Here goes the process:

For my case, I just ‘wash straight’ and cut; my mum dyed her hair, ‘wash straight’ and cut too, the price was quite reasonable, not more than RM400 though :D But overall process took us around 4 hours to complete >< Luckily my hair colour still visible after the treatment, it looks even nicer with straight hair, quite satisfied with the results. Good-bye! My curly hair *cough*

It’s dinner time! Zhing got part-time job at Mid Valley. We thought of fetching her then only had dinner outside MV around 8pm. But she seemed to be busy, might delay until 8.30pm -_- Dad decided to drive inside Mid Valley but all of us wear too casual, especially Xien XD

It’s weird walking around in MV with T-shirt and short pants and yet we ‘ran into’ Kenny Rogers some more, haha! Zhing joined us afterwards and we ordered our meals. It took quite some time to wait. Upon waiting, I took photos around to kill the time, haha~

After having the meal, we quickly rushed to the car-park. It’s so late aready! We reached home almost 10pm -_- It’s going to be busy Monday after few more hours…

Today was second last day for Angie Tan, who had been serving AMP for 6+ years has to say goodbye to us =( Therefore, we’re going to have a farewell party at Mid Valley 1 Utama. This time, superiors from AMP and Digital5 (Radio Department) were going to treat us with ‘expensive’ meal again :D

The time has come and most of us went there with their own cars except me, who’s unwiling to drive will tag along with Danny. He said going together is better than going alone, no companion along the journey will get bored. At least, we had pleasant conversation, but too bad he’s leaving D5 soon =( We found parking space and rushed to TGI Fridays. When we reached there, we only saw Rames and Alvin, so we’re considered early :D

The waiter led us to our reserved seats and I was surprised with our reserved compound, the arrangement looked so ‘grand’ to me, lol~

More and more people were coming in and at the same time we choose our meals and drinks.

Those who got pro-looking camera were busy taking photos and I have to hide my small compact camera inside my bag, can’t fight with them though, haha~ Those without carrying camera will be ‘models’ for ‘photographers’. Photos with poses definitely look better than natural one, for me, I would say :P

Our food came out slowly and we were so hungry and this is mine. I forgot what’s the name for this ><

When we almost finished our meal, it’s time to celebrate Angie’s Farewell (officially). Fridays’ tradition, the main character of the occasion ought to stand on the chair, the waiters and waitress will tease her and sing song. “Happy Resignation to you, Happy Resignation to you…” That’s so funny XD Junior is like an ‘atmosphere-maker” as he made lots of laughters and nonsence, haha~

Throughout the meal, I learned to know more content editors and I finally met Ross! Well, I really enjoy having great time with my colleagues, the time spending with them is priceless, and it’s rare to have chance treated by superiors you see ^^

It’s already 10.30pm and almost everyone had left, so Danny and me also left Fridays. We reached TPM around 11.10pm and Danny dropped me beside my car. Thanks for the ride, Danny! ^^ And then, I reached home safely around 11.30pm and I’m so tired! Tomorrow need to work also T_T

Hopefully there will be more outings with colleagues so that we can create lots of memorable moments by taking photos :D
